Please note that the companion manual is NOT a book version of the video series, most of the information is in the videos themselves, and cannot be found through studying the manual. What this manual does provide is partial outlines for the video chapters, numerous supporting graphics, and supporting detailed analyses that expand on some topics that are discussed in the videos.
Please also note that you are not buying the online Video from me, but are purchasing it from Vimeo OnDemand. Delivering premium streaming video that can be watched on computers, TVs or tablets is very convenient for the user, but requires a major technology investment on the part of the streaming platform, which is Vimeo in this case (their OnDemand program is better set up for this than YouTube or Netflix). As the content creator, I have an agreement with them for a percentage of the streaming revenues they generate (much like a movie studio would), and as such cannot refund money, that is up to Vimeo and their policies. If you want the money-back guarantee, then please purchase the DVDs, which I do sell and have control over.
